PANEL ONE:

(A futuristic city, from a distance)

Caption: The Capitol of the Planet

PANEL TWO:

(a man walks out of a futuristic car toward a government building. he is tall, dark haired, broad shouldered, and well-dressed in futuristic clothing)

Bystander 1: It's Gore-El!

Bystander 2: He's here to address the Science Congress on his crackpot theories!

Bystander 3: Ha ha!

PANEL THREE:

(close-up on Gore-El's face; he is frowning with concern)

Gore-El (thought balloon): The people doubt me, but I know my calculations are correct! The Science Congress must believe me!

PANEL FOUR:

(Gore-El stands before the Science Congress; he indicates a globe of the planet as they look on)

Gore-El: Gentlemen...the environment is doomed!

PANEL FIVE:

(Science Congress members roar with laughter)

Science Congress member 1: Ha! You crazy lunatic!

Science Congress member 2: Our planet is fine!

Science Congress member 3: Your so-called "science" is flawed, Gore-El!

PANEL SIX:

(Gore-El, dejected, looking down as he walks out)

Gore-El: *choke!* Those old fools! They wouldn't even look at the evidence!
